BAK STUDIOS – This week on the Power Play Post Show, Host Bob Howard welcomes Co-Host Megan Reiff into the studios for this week’s edition of the show. On her way up to Hamilton, Ontario to catch two games this weekend with the Hamilton Bulldogs, Megan stopped by the studios to record this week’s segment and drop off a Bridgeport Soundtigers, Brett Gallant bobble-head for Bob’s extensive AHL collection. The two hosts in their very un-script scripted segment walk the fans of the American Hockey League through the NHL trade deadline and how the AHL was affected, plus a walk through the standings and all the latest news and information around the AHL. A mini debate through out this week’s segment revolves around the pronunciation of the Falcons, how do you pronounce it? FALL-cons or FAIL-cons?

This weeks special guests are:

Ryan Craig – Captain & Left Wing – Springfield Falcons – The Captain of the Springfield Falcons joined the show this week to talk about growing up in Abbotsford, British Columbia, the struggles of the Abbotsford Heat as a Calgary Flames affiliate in the Vancouver Canucks backyard, playing five seasons with the WHL’s Brandon Wheat Kings, playing with the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins and returning to the Falcons for the last three seasons as the teams captain.

T.J. Hensick – Right Wing – Hamilton Bulldogs – On Twitter: @TJHensick – Returning to the PPPShow after a couple absence, T.J. joins Host Bob to talk about his time in Europe playing with the Modo Hockey team in the Swedish Hockey League last season before coming back to North America and finding him self signing with the Abbotsford Heat but having to go through AHL waivers and landing with the Hartford Wolfpack. T.J. then discussed his time with the Hamilton Bulldogs this season, playing with rookies like Charles Hudon & Daniel Carr and the team’s push to the Calder Cup playoffs.
