BARONS ANDREW MILLER
This week on the Power Play Post Show, Hosts Bob Howard and Megan Reiff bring another spirited edition of the show to the fans of the American Hockey League. This week the two hosts run down the AHL standings, discuss the latest news and notes from around the league including a couple of suspensions, trades and the weekly award winner. The two hosts then discuss music for a few minutes as both are very passionate for hard rock and metal music which is no longer a form of mainstream music anymore.

- Ted Warren – Norfolk Admirals – Writer – The Hockey Writers – On Twitter: @bauerhockeydude – Ted joined Bob on the show this week to talk about the Norfolk Admirals, the play of Dany Heatley and John Gibson, the upcoming change from being in the AHL to going back to the ECHL for the Admirals this upcoming season.
