This week on the Power Play Post Show, Host Bob Howard brings two great guests to the show from two American Hockey League cities that saw major changes to their hockey surroundings this summer, Syracuse NY and Hartford CT.
Bob’s first guest this week covers the Syracuse Crunch for the Post Standard, Lindsay Kramer. Lindsay provides his insight on the new affiliation with the Tampa Bay Lightning; how the lockout will affect hockey at the AHL level and about Howard Dolgen‘s new aggressive marketing approach with the Crunch.
The PPPS’s New England Insider, Gerry Cantlon joined the show next to talk specifically about the exit of Howard Baldwin & his son Howard Baldwin Jr. and their negative affects on the hockey community in Hartford. Gerry also provided insights on the players coming down to the AHL teams in the Atlantic and Northeast Divisions due to the NHL’s current lockout.
All this and much more on the latest edition of the Power Play Post Show.
